Allan is a dynamic leader that creates a positive culture in every organization that he leads.  Allan’s career is rooted in the construction industry that spans over 30 years across many roles.  He has worked in the trenches owning his own construction business, been a sales leader at Wisconsin Buildings Supply, President of the PE group US Fence, and currently the President of Wick Buildings.  Allan has a Six-Sigma Black Belt and exceptionally skilled in M & A.  He pushes his employees to be leaders and experts in their roles while allowing them to take ownership of their position.

Paul Lewandowski, Construction Instructor at FVTC

Paul has been teaching at Fox Valley Technical College for over 20 years.  In the past as part of the construction program Paul’s students build a home from the ground up and then sell’s the home to support the continuation of the program.  The construction program at FVTC combines both classroom learning and on-site construction education.  Paul’s students learn a wide range of skill from framing to painting to creating and installing trim. Paul is creating the next generation of construction leaders.  Paul will bring a unique look at what skills the labor force is learning and what they are looking for in employment.
